Editing, according to the instructions below, can only be done for a contact listed by our company (our company is the registrar for that contact)!
Contact information in the central registry (CZNIC) can be updated either through the domain´s customer administration or using the form available on our website at
http://www.forpsi.com/.
1. Editing the owner's contact information in the customer administration
2. Editing the owner's contact information via a form
3. What to do if the email for sending the authorization password is not available
________________________________________________________________
1. Editing the owner's contact information in the customer administration
After logging in to the customer administration, open the Domains section, select the domain for which you wish to edit the owner's contact information in the central registry CZNIC. Next, in the owner contact field click Details.
You will see contact information listed in the central registry (CZNIC) for a chosen domain. If they are correct, no further action is required. If the contact information is not updated, it needs to be edited using the Edit contact option.
You can edit the following contact details → street, city, zip code, country, telephone and fax number. You cannot edit the following contact details: company name, name and surname of the owner, email address, and company ID number or date of birth and ID card/passport number.
If you wish to update the contact person or email address for a company owner, you should follow the second option on how to edit the contact.

2. Editing the owner's contact information via a form
Editing can be done using the form available on our website in the .CZ Domain management section. The name of the form is object´s details change (domain name, contact, NSSET, KEYSET)
An AUTH-ID is required to edit a contact. It is valid for 14 days only.
In the form, select the type of object you wish to edit (contact). Enter the contact ID into the required field and click the "Sent Request" button.
In the next step, enter the required authorization password for the contact - if you don't know it, it can be sent to the contact's e-mail address by clicking the Password unknown button.
If you have the required password, you will be able to edit the contact details straight away after entering it in the form. You can update any outdated information in your contact details, changes will take effect immediately. You cannot change the legal form of a contact. If it is a legal entity you cannot change company´s name either.
If the company has been renamed and the change is visible in the Commercial Register, please contact the domain department via an authorized ticket.
We do not recommend to use the same contact email as the domain (for example: for yourdomain.com we do not recommend to use the contact email
info@yourdomain.com). If the domain becomes nonfunctional for any reason (domain expiration, late renewal, nonfunctional DNS record....), complications may arise - your contact email for the domain will not work and you will not be able to edit your contact details, because the owner will not be able to receive the AUTH-ID required to make the edit.

3. What to do if the email for sending the authorization password is not available
If the contact email address is no longer active, you must obtain an AUTH-ID through the form from the central registry (CZNIC) website. You must generate a request and submit it to the central registry (CZNIC) in accordance with the given conditions. After that, you will receive an AUTH-ID at the contact email address you provide in the form. Once you receive the password, you will be able to edit the contact in the usual way, as described above.
The form for having your password sent to a different email address is here → https://www.nic.cz/whois/send-password/
