Warning: Phishing emails claiming to be FORPSI

Last occurrence: 10/06/2025

Dear customers,

we have detected a recurring wave of fraudulent emails pretending to be official messages from FORPSI – they may urge you to make an immediate payment, reset your mailbox password, or take other “urgent” action.
The attackers aim to obtain your login credentials for customer administration or email and often redirect you to a spoofed form or fake payment gateway.

How can I recognize a phishing email?

  • Sender: the address does not contain @forpsi.com and the message LACKS our electronic signature.
  • Links: they lead outside the .forpsi.com domain (hover over URL before clicking).
  • Time pressure: the text demands "immediate payment", "change your password now" or threatens immediate service suspension.
  • Graphics: even if they mimic our HTML templates, small details (logo, font, grammar mistakes) differ.

How to verify the signature of our messages is explained in the guide here:
📌 Verification of electronic signature on invoices

All key emails from FORPSI (e.g., payment reminders) are always electronically signed.

What to do if I receive such an email?

  1. Do not open any links or attachments and do not reply to the message.
  2. Check service status by logging directly into customer administration at https://admin.forpsi.com (🇨🇿) or for Slovak customers at https://admin.forpsi.sk (🇸🇰)
  3. Report the phishing email by sending it as an attachment (.eml) to admin@forpsi.com.

What if I already submitted my data?

  • Change the password for your customer account and mailboxes you may have entered.
  • Contact your bank and have your card or account blocked – if you entered payment card or online banking details.
  • Run an antivirus scan on the device from which you submitted the data.
  • Inform our support – we will help you secure your services and check for any changes.
  • If you did not click any links or submit any data, just report and delete the email.

Thank you for helping us keep your services secure.
