Do you manage a large number of domains (services) and find it tedious to pay dozens or even hundreds of separate proforma invoices individually?
A new section, "Bulk invoicing of services" is now available in the customer administration, where you can easily select services for renewal and merge them into a single bulk proforma invoice.
Note: The new section is currently available only for domains and additional domain-related services. The addition of other services (e.g., web hosting) is in development.
Conditions for bulk service renewal:
1. Only services linked to the same billing contact can be included in a bulk proforma invoice. You select the billing contact in the filter, and the system will display the services associated with that contact that are eligible for renewal at the given time and can be consolidated into a single bulk proforma invoice.
2. Services must not be expired. Only non-expired services will be displayed in the "Bulk invoicing of services" section.
3. You can filter by expiration date. The filter offers the option to display services expiring in the next 30, 90, or 180 days.
Note: If you merge a large number of services into a bulk proforma invoice, the generation process may take longer. The maximum number of services that can be included in a single bulk proforma invoice is 100.
