Error "policy violation" - spams to qq.com, yahoo.com from IP

More emails were sent from your public IP address and most of them were addresses to qq.com or yahoo.com.
 
Because it is a typical scenario of abusing the email account to spamming, smtp access of your public IP address was temporarily disabled (access via POP3, IMAP and webmail still works).
 
Spams didn't have to be sent from your email account. Somebody, who uses the same public IP address as you, could send the spams.
 
The blocking of your email account will expire no later than in 24 hours.
 
Please, contact our customer support with an authorized ticket on https://support.forpsi.com/Main/frmTickets.aspx . We will check the situation and enable smtp access again.
