Error "policy violation" - spams

You read this article, because you have tried to send an email via smtp server smtp.forpsi.com and such error was displayed

550 5.1.0 cNkj1y0022zrrQM01NkjaD policy violation, see https://support.forpsi.com/kb/a4065

The error was caused with emails sent by your email account, that were marked as spam with our email system. From safety reason, smtp access of your email account to smtp.forpsi.com was temporarily disabled (access via POP3, IMAP and webmail still works).

These two cases could occur:

you sent emails, that were marked as spam with our email system - the emails could contain links, texts, images, that occured in emails reported by their recipients as spam, e.g. in newsletters, emails sent with an abused form on your web; your web could be hacked, there can be more causes
your email account was abused to spamming

The blocking of your email account will expire no later than in 24 hours.
