From the safety reason, the server smtp.forpsi.com requires valid authentication. In addition, sender's domain must be the same as domain used for authentication or this domain's alias.
SMTP server requires authentication. You need to enter correct username (email address) and password to be able to send any message through it. If you don't set using authentication for your email account, the email client will return the following error message.

The SMTP server is included in the webhosting service offered by our company. The webhosting is pointed to a particular domain or its alias. For these reasons, you are allowed to send emails only from the domains with ordered webhosting. Sending emails is not allowed in these situations:
- You use as your email identity a domain which doesn't have webhosting provided by our company (for example Hotmail or Google mail account).
- You use as your email identity a domain provided by our company, but you don´t authenticate to its SMTP account .
The SMTP server will return this error message:
If you need to send an email with sender firstname.lastname@example.org, please use SMTP server provided by Google provider.
5.1.0 <email@example.com> sender rejected
The same limitation is used for 3rd level domains, even if they are hosted by our company.
What to do if you get this error message: go to email account settings and check it, setting for each email client is described in the section Email clients (in Czech).
: our webmail allows you to configure 4 external accounts and to set one alternative sender's address. These email addresses can be used as sender´s addresses, although they are not hosted by our company nor are they aliases of domain used for authentication.
- From one IP, only 10 authorization failures are allowed in one hour
Because spammers try repeatly to break the passwords of omailboxes, the number of authorization failures is checked on the smtp.forpsi.com server. If the number is more than 10, following smtp connections from this IP are rejected with this error.
5.1.0 piWs1j0010jifNx01iWsdh Connection refused from 126.96.36.199. Too many authorization failures from this IP, try again later.
It can happen, that your IP is blocked from this reason, if you enter wrong password when you send your emails, or your email client is badly configured ...
