Cloud infrastructure upgrade scheduled for March 2–7, 2026
Dear Customer,
As the number of services we provide continues to grow, so do the capacity requirements of our infrastructure. In order to guarantee a high level of service quality, reliability, security, and operational continuity, we have decided to expand our infrastructure to an additional data center located in Prague.
The infrastructure for specialized services that require an individual approach will remain in the Ktiš data center.
Dates
The infrastructure upgrade is scheduled for the following dates, depending on the specific cloud service:
Classic VPS Basic, Standard, Optimal
- March 2, 2026, 6:00 pm until March 3, 2026, 06:00 am;
- March 3, 2026, 6:00 pm until March 4, 2026, 06:00 am.
Cloud Backup (Commvault/Evault)
Classic VPS Mini
- March 5, 2026, 6:00 pm until March 6, 2026, 06:00 am;
- March 6, 2026, 6:00 pm until March 7, 2026, 06:00 am.
VPS server upgrade process
Although the infrastructure upgrade will take place over two days, each VPS server will be shut down on only one of the above-mentioned days.
The duration of the downtime varies depending on the configuration of each VPS; in most cases, it is estimated to be a maximum of 8 hours. After the infrastructure upgrade is completed, the servers will be restarted automatically.
No action is required on your part.
During the upgrade, it will not be possible to access the servers or modify their configuration, and the services hosted on the VPS will not be available for the duration of the upgrade.
Cloud Backup upgrade process
The affected Cloud Backup services will be temporarily unavailable, and backup and data recovery operations will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
No action is required on your part.
