Every FORPSI webhosting is provided as a multihosting service, where you can add individual websites depending on the chosen service plan (Easy, Advanced, Professional).
You can create or edit a website directly in the customer administration.
The process is the same for all variants – they differ only in the number of websites that can be hosted simultaneously.
🧭 Where to find the option to add a website
2️⃣ Click the main service name (e.g., f0112233.multi).
3️⃣ In the service detail you will see the section Number of websites and the “Add website” button.
🏗️ Creating a new website
After clicking “Add website”, a window will appear where you enter the domain name:
- Enter a second-level domain without “www” (e.g., mycompany.com).
- Confirm by clicking “Add”.
The website will start being created – it usually takes a few minutes.
During this process, the new website will appear in the webhosting overview with the status “creating”.
📌 A domain that you add as a new website cannot be used if it already has another web or e-mail service at FORPSI.
In such a case, the form will notify you with an error message.
If you want to modify or upgrade an existing service, please contact
customer support.
💡 Differences by service plan
👤 Easy Hosting
For this plan, the website for the entered domain is automatically created during the order.
If you want to change this domain later, simply delete the existing website (the number of websites will be 0/1) and add a new one for a different domain.
🧭 Advanced Hosting
You can create up to 3 separate websites.
Once this limit is reached, the option to add a new website is disabled.
If you need more websites, contact
customer support to
upgrade to the Professional plan.
🧰 Professional Hosting
Allows up to 10 websites and additionally the option to increase the limit – extra websites can be purchased (10 CZK without VAT / month for each additional website) from the multihosting administration under “Order additional services (websites)”.
📂 What is automatically created with a new website
After a website is created, the system automatically:
- creates a separate FTP account for the website,
- enables management of email mailboxes,
- allows adding a database (databases are managed under the main multihosting service, where you can manage them under the SQL tab):

💡 Databases are not permanently tied to a specific website – when you delete a website, the databases remain unchanged.
✉️ Notifications and access details
After the website is created, you will receive an automatic email with login details for FTP and email addresses.
The message may be slightly delayed, but you can always
request the login details again from the administration (under the
FTP and
Emails tabs).
🌍 Automatic domain routing
If the domain is:
- in the same customer account,
- using FORPSI DNS servers,
- and not pointing to other DNS records,
👉 the system will automatically route it to the newly added website (A and MX records).

🗑️ Deleting a website
You can delete a website at any time directly from the multihosting administration by clicking “delete” next to the selected website:
"delete" option.

After confirming the website deletion:
- its FTP account is removed, including data and configuration,
- email mailboxes including their data,
- the capacity to create a new website becomes available.
