03 - What should I do if I do not want to receive the Overview of expiring services email?

If the email with the expiring services overview annoys you or you find it too frequent, log in to your customer administration and disable its delivery.

To adjust this setting, go to the customer administration, section Contacts. Select the relevant billing contact and open its details.

At the bottom of the edited contact, you will find an option to disable the delivery of the Overview of expiring services email. Simply check the checkbox and we will no longer send any further messages about expiring services to this contact. Of course, this function can be reactivated, as shown in the images below.

1. If you wish to stop receiving the Overview of expiring services email, check the checkbox and click the "Save changes" button.

2. If you later decide to reactivate the receiving of Overview of expiring services email, check the checkbox again and save the changes.
