If you accidentally add a service to the bulk proforma invoice that you no longer need, or if you want to add another service, do not pay the incorrectly issued bulk proforma invoice.

You need to request an authorized change/cancellation. Open a new ticket and specify what action needs to be taken with the bulk proforma invoice. To make it easier to find the bulk proforma invoice, be sure to include its variable symbol.
