01 - What does the Overview of the expiring services email look like and when can I expect it?

An email with an overview of expiring services is sent on the first day of each month. The overview displays services that will expire within the next 90 days.

Conditions for receiving the overview:

1. The billing contact must have 2 or more services set to expire within the next 90 days. If there are fewer than 2 services, the email will not be sent. In such cases, a bulk proforma invoice would not be necessary.
2. The billing contact must have email notifications enabled for the Overview of the expiring services. Details on how to enable or disable this notification can be found in this article. By default, all billing contacts are set to automatically receive the Expiring Services Overview email.

What does the Expiring Services Overview email look like?
  • The email is sent from is@forpsi.com.
  • The subject of the email is "Overview of the expiring services".
  • The header of the email contains the billing contact ID.
  • Specific services with their expiration dates are always linked to the corresponding billing contact.
  • There is a button labeled "MANAGE BULK PROFORMA INVOICE".
