SSL certificate service renewal

30 days before the expiration of the service, the customer will receive an e-mail with a proforma invoice. The customer may also receive a notification of the expiration of the SSL certificate from the relevant Certification Authority. However, we recommend waiting for our e-mail, because in addition to the proforma invoice, it will also contain important information about the renewal of the SSL certificate.

If the SSL certificate is installed on our FORPSI server and there is no need to confirm the validation of the applicant, we will create a CSR request after receiving the payment and install a new SSL certificate on the server. In this case, cooperation from the customer is not required.

In the event that the Certification Authority requests a new confirmation of the validation of the applicant or in general it is a matter of installing an SSL certificate on the customer's server and therefore it is necessary to upload a new CSR request, we will send the customer an e-mail with instructions and invite them to cooperate in renewing the SSL certificate.
