Error "Mailbox password could not be reset"

This error may have multiple causes. Below is a list of them.

1. Domain email services are not provided by Forpsi 
  • If you are not sure who is the provider of your email services, please contact your domain administrator (postmaster), your IT department, PC service or our customer support.

2. The email address is incorrect
  • Check the email address for a typo or ensure that the mailbox exists.

3. The password reset address is not yet entered or verified for the mailbox

  • The mailbox password cannot be changed directly in this case.
  • If you don't know the password for the postmaster mailbox, contact the domain administrator (postmaster), your IT department or PC service and ask him to change the password. If you received a welcome message when your mailbox was created, you should find the contact details for that person there. Then enter the recovery address as instructed in our knowledge base.

4. The domain administrator (postmaster) has disabled the ability to reset the mailbox password
  • Contact the domain administrator (postmaster), your IT department or PC service. If you received a welcome message when your mailbox was created, you should find the contact details for that person there.
