iOS calendar synchronization

CalDAV zajišťuje úplný přístup k datům kalendáře (čtení, úpravy, mazání). Zprovoznění spočívá v aktivaci synchronizace konkrétního kalendáře ve webmailu a přidání účtu kalendáře mobilním zařízení. iPhone ani iPad mají podporu CalDAV nativní, není třeba instalovat žádný doplněk nebo aplikaci.

1. Activation in webmail

Click on Synchronization in the left menu (1.) and then select a tab Sync with CalDAV (2)

Use checkbox to select the calendar (3) to synchronize.

Yu don't need to copy address, becasue email.forpsi.com is enough

2. Adding a calendar in iPhone / iPad

Go to Settings and select Calendar.

Choose Accounts > Add Account > Other

Select Add CalDAV account

Enter the server name "email.forpsi.com", email address, mailbox password, and description.

After successful verification, select the resources to synchronize (calendars) and complete the wizard by clicking Save.

Known issues

Repeated events may not synchronize properly if you only modify (delete) some events in the series.
Participants of an existing event may not always synchronize correctly.
It is not possible to create meetings (events with attendees).
