Access management

Under normal conditions, the postmaster is responsible for the creation of new email addresses and maintenance of current ones. Also only this user can change the content of the calendar and the address book, which are shared across the entire domain. You can change this in the webmail administration and also delegate particular rights to other inboxes of the domain.
 
Login into webmail with the postmaster account.
 
In the top menu choose Admin.
 
If you can not see the Admin option, choose Tools and then Admin from the dropdown menu.

 
Delegation of the access
In the left main menu choose Mail Admin.
 
Enter the entire address of the user which should have permission to access mailbox administration and click the Add button.
You can temporarily enable and disable access by using the link Enabled/Disabled.
 
You can delete a user by clicking the Delete link.
 
 
 
Setting up access to the corporate address book
In the left main menu choose the item Corporate Address Book Management.
 
Enter the entire address of the user who should have permission to write in the shared address book and click the Add button.
 
You can temporarily enable and disable access by using the link Enabled/Disabled.
 
You can delete a user by clicking the Delete link.
 
 
Setting up access to the edit corporate Calendar
In the left main menu choose the item Corporate Calendar Management.
 
Enter the entire address of the user who should have permission to write in the shared calendar and click the Add button.
You can temporarily enable and disable access by using the Enabled/Disabled link.
 
You can delete a user by clicking the Delete link.
 
In addition to administrating privileged users, you can choose the color of the events in the shared calendar.
