Customize the look of your webmail

Most useful adjustments can be made in the Settings menu.
 


1. Changing the webmail color scheme
Go to Settings > Webmail > General.

The changes will take effect after clicking the OK button.

 
2. Changing the appearance of the left-hand menu
Click the first icon in the upper-left corner.

The menu will be displayed as icons, which temporarily expand when you hover the mouse over them.


3. Setting the number of messages (items) per page
The number of messages (items) displayed per page can be configured for Messages, Files, Tasks, and Notes.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the desired value from the drop-down list.


4. Displaying message preview
Message previews are short snippets displayed in the message list.
 
Go to Settings > Webmail > Messages.


5. Compact message list view
Go to Settings > Webmail > Messages.
