If the window above is not displayed, check, whether text "Send/Recieve Error - click here" is displayed in the status bar down on the right side. After clicking on this text, the alert window above is displayed.

MS Outlook 2007
There are also two possible ways how MS Outlook 2007behaves, when it refuses to send messages:
1. Sending off emails ends with an error, the alert window Outlook Send/Recieve Progress is displayed.
If the window above is not displayed, check whether text "Send/Recieve Error - click here" is displayed in the status bar down on the right side. After clicking on this text, the alert window above will be displayed.

Send/Recieve, then choose
Send/Recieve Settings and then
Show progress...

Mozilla Thunderbird
When a message can't be sent, an alert window is displayed. Copy the error message text into a new ticket on portal
support.forpsi.com and send it to us.
When you click on OK button, the message is moved into the Sent Item. When you want to display the error message again, try to send the message once more.
Opera Mail
When the email client can't send the message, the alert window "Mailer Error" is displayed. Copy the error message text into a new ticket on portal support.forpsi.com and send it to us, please.
When you click on Close button, message is moved into your Outbox. when you want to display the error message again, try to send the message once more.
iPad
When the email client can't send a message, this popup window with error message of iPad is displayed.
Because the error message doesn't contain any server response, add to your new ticket (on portal
support.forpsi.com) description of the situation, the email address of sender and recipient, and the IP of your iPad (or iPhone).
Outlook Express
When the email client can't send a message, this popup window with the error message is displayed.
When the this popup window with the error message is not displayed, click on text "Error" in the status bar down on the right.
Copy the error message text into a new ticket on portal
support.forpsi.com and send it to us, please.
Webmail
When sending off a message fails, this popup window with the error message is displayed. Copy the error message text into a new ticket on portal
support.forpsi.com and send it to us with the addresses of sender and recipients, please.
After closing the popup window, go back to the tab for creating a new message. Here, you can save the message into Drafts, find out the reason of the failure, and send the message later.
Default email client for Android
When the email client can't send a message, no error message is displayed, the message is only moved into the item Sent. In the preview of the message, an icon with red triangl is displayed.
Send us the IP of your mobile phone (you can find it out on whatismyip.com) along with the addresses of sender and recipients in a new ticket on portal
support.forpsi.com .
Android K-9 Mail
when the email client can't send a message, the text "Failure to send some messages" is displayed.
Dragging it from the notification area, you display details of the error message down, underneath it.
Send us the error message text, IP of your mobile phone (you find it on whatismyip.com), along with the adresses of sender and recipients in a new ticket on portal
support.forpsi.com .
