How to change a password to a customer account

Customer administration for service administration is protected using login and password. Login is for administrative reasons permanent and cannot be changed. However, password for administration can be changed at any time, according to your wishes. 

The password can be changed through customer administration clicking the "Change Password" link. After clicking on the link you will be asked to fill in the following fields:

  • Current Password - enter a current valid password.
  • New Password - enter a new password.
  • Confirm New Password - enter again the same password to confirm its correctness.

After you click on „Change Password“, the change will be done automatically.
