Customer account is an account where are registered records of all services ordered within that account: domains, webhosting, databases and other additional services or serverhosting services. The interface for managing this account can be found at https://admin.forpsi.com/
On our website www.forpsi.com you will find the Login button in the upper right corner, when you click on this button a tab will appear in which you will find the link Register.
After clicking on the Register link, the website redirects you to the registration form, which needs to be filled out.
After filling out and saving the registration form, you will then receive an email with a link for setting your new password.
Passwords for customer accounts are stored only in the form of a fingerprint, which is created using the hash function PBKDF2 (HMACSHA1, 10,000 iterations). As a result, it’s impossible for anyone to decode you chosen password from the fingerprint. When logging in, the fingerprint of your password is compared with the fingerprint stored in your customer account. Therefore if you forget your password, it can't be send to you, nor can the customer support display it. It is necessary to set a new password by performing a so-called password reset in the administration. A link to set a new password is then sent to the e-mail address linked to your customer account. Please pay close attention when choosing a secure password.

- On the website www.forpsi.com, in the upper right corner click on the Log In.
- Did you forget your login or pass?
- Fill in one of the details in the form
- You will then receive an email with your login and a link for password reset.
