Access management

Under normal conditions, the postmaster is responsible for the creation of new email addresses and maintenance of current ones. Also only this user can change the content of the calendar and the address book, which are shared across the entire domain. You can change this in the webmail administration and also delegate particular rights to other inboxes of the domain.
 
Login into webmail with the postmaster account.
 
In the top menu choose Admin.
 
If you can not see the Admin option, choose Tools and then Admin from the dropdown menu.

 
Delegation of the access
In the left main menu choose Mail Admin.
 
Enter the entire address of the user which should have permission to access mailbox administration and click the Add button.
You can temporarily enable and disable access by using the link switch Enable/Disable.
 
You can delete a user by clicking the Remove button.
 
  
Setting up access to the global address book
Stay in the section Admin settings and choose Global address book

Enter the entire address of the user who should have permission to write in the shared address book and click the Add button.
 
You can temporarily enable and disable access by using the switch Enable/Disable.
 
You can delete a user by clicking the Remove button.
 
 
Setting up access to the edit global calendar
Stay in the section Admin settings and choose Global calendar
 
Enter the entire address of the user who should have permission to write in the global calendar and click the Add button.

You can temporarily enable and disable access by using switch Enable/Disable.
 
You can delete a user by clicking the button Delete.
 
In addition to administrating privileged users, you can choose the color of the events in the global calendar.
